efferent vestibular nucleus
The term efferent vestibular nucleus refers to a group of nerve cells located between the medial vestibular nucleus and the pontine central gray in the rat. Functionally it belongs to the somatic motoneuron pools of the subcortical motor system ( Swanson-2004 ).
