The term dorsal part of the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus refers to one of three parts of the dorsomedial nucleus of the hypothalamus in the mouse. The others are the compact part of the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus and the ventral part of the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus ( Paxinos-2001 ).
