spinal nerves
The term spinal nerves refers to the 31 pairs of nerves attached to the spinal cord (SPC). They include 8 cervical nerves, 12 thoracic nerves, 5 lumbar nerves, 5 sacral nerves and 1 coccygeal nerve. They are the principal structures of the peripheral nervous system (PNS) ( Carpenter-1983 ). Final 24 Dec 2024.
