cervical segments ( SPCcv )
The term cervical segments (SPCcv) refers to segments 1-8 of the spinal cord (SPC) ( Carpenter-1983 ).Located in the neck and labeled in the human C1 to C8, they are origins of the corresponding cervical nerves. They are defined by histology and are found in all vertebrates ( Swanson-2015 ). Final 24 Dec 2024.
