anterolateral area of stria terminalis
The term anterolateral area of stria terminalis refers to a component of the nuclei of stria terminalis defined on the basis of topology, connectivity and multiple stains in the rat ( Swanson-2004 ) and the mouse ( Dong-2004 ). It is one of nine components of the anterior nuclei of stria terminalis in the Functional CNS Model - Rat ( Swanson-2004 ).
