tract of Phillippe-Gombault
The term tract of Phillippe-Gombault refers to the lowermost subdivision of the descending branches of the dorsal root fibers, which is located in the sacral segments of the spinal cord. The other subdivisions are the semilunar tract in the cervical segments and thoracic segments and the septomarginal tract in the lumbar segments ( Carpenter-1983 ).
